Hello There!

My name is Brandi Hill. I am the owner and Founder of PMP Tutoring, I have been in the education field since I was 16 years old. I started as a classroom aide and from their expanded on my education and knowledge. I have worked as both an Assistant and Lead teacher for many Headstarts, Preschools, Daycares and recently After School Program Leader. I have two years as a tutor for Valdez Educational Services and am now using all of my knowledge and experience to venture out on my own. I started PMP Tutoring on the belief that Practice Makes Progress- not Perfection. No one in this world is perfect, but I do believe that with hard work, patience, and the right support system behind you, anyone can succeed.

Founded with heart and a passion for empowering students, PMP offers personalized group and one-on-one tutoring sessions in a vibrant, nurturing environment. From core subjects to creative STEAM-based activities, we create joyful learning spaces that build not only academic skills, but also curiosity, resilience, and self-esteem.

We proudly serve students from K–12, and we’re committed to affordable access for all families—offering low-income sponsorships and summer “Boost” programs to help students thrive year-round.
