Missed Sessions Policy:
- 2 free cancellations/month (24 hr notice required)
- $15 fee after that
- Same-day cancellations = used session (no refunds for the missed hour)
- No-show = used session and risk of being dropped from tutoring schedule
- If you’re on a monthly or biweekly plan, the remaining sessions for that period are still valid
Payment Options
Pay-in-Full: Due before 1st session. Save $25 on monthly plans!
50/50 Plan: Half upfront, half mid-period
Late Payments
Sessions pause if not paid. 3+ days late = spot may be released.
Parent Communication Policy
Please text or email me directly for:
- Rescheduling or cancellations
- Questions about student progress
- Concerns or special requests
- I respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays
- For urgent messages (day-of reschedules), please text before the scheduled time
Parent Check-Ins
If desired, I can:
- Provide a monthly progress update via Class Dojo
- Schedule a 10–15 min check-in call or message thread on Class Dojo
- Share goals and strategies we’re working on via email or Class Dojo
